INTRODUCTION
Collect Admin is the tool used for the administration of
Alpha Xpress
It is used for the monitoring of collectors
transaction on the field, performing monthly closure, viweing transaction history
and managing commissions.
Login
To login:

Type the Server address on the navigation bar of your browser, then click
enter on your keyboard.

Once the login screen is displayed, Enter your Username
and your password

Then click on the Login button,
you will be given access to the application's home page
Managing login Issues:
When Logging in becomes an issue, it might be for a couple of reasons:
- Failure to logout on your last session
- Network problems
- Server issues
- On-going administration on your server
To solve this issues, start by Clearing your Cache To clear your cache, do the following:
- Click on the menu button of your Browser/Navigator
- Select More tools
- Then select Clear browsing data, a modal is displayed
- Select/check the checkbox for Cookies and other site data
- Also select or check the checkbo for Cached images and files
- Then click on the Clear data button to complete the process
- Then return to the loogin page and try to login again
Monitoring
This screen is the initial display once the user is logged in to the system.
It shows all the transactions Live that are being perfrmed on the field by the collectors
Note: When the transaction is up to the limit as set it the
configurations (Setup), the color changes to the color that was set.
