INTRODUCTION

ADMINISTRATION

This is where users are created and registered in the centralized database. A company is created along side its numerous branches and the right user access levels are given. The “Alpha Admin Module” is the initial module which is first initiated to setup the system for the proper use of the Alpha platform. integrates easily the other products Alpha namely:

  • Company Update / Registration
  • Branch Creation
  • User Registration

Company Update / Registration

The Alpha Admin Module is meant for the following: This form is used to enter the agency settings and save them in the system. The user is required to enter the client's accounting information and the loan management model. Once you have entered the settings, click the button to save them.

Company Update

This sheet has two parts: the Accounting information and the loan management model.

Accounting information:


It allows you to record the following accounting and tax information

  • Exercise dates
  • The key of the account
  • The classes of the internal account and the exape account
  • The length/size of the account number
  • The profit and loss account number:
    -To change the profit and loss Account number, click on the button , The following window appears

After clicking on the space reserved for the code, the user selects the account number and the system automatically generates it in the space reserved for the latter in the form.

Branch Creation

In the Branch creation process:
This menu allows you to configure and enter the microfinance parameters in the system. It provides the information for identifying the accounts of the members of the structure. To access it, go to the File »Agent Settings menu. It is also possible to save an operation by clicking on the button and exit the menu by clicking on the button. When opening the "Agency Settings" menu, the following window appears

The sheet above has two components: Agency identification and Advertising messages.

The Identification of the Agency:

It includes information to record an Agency for the microfinance.

We find :

  • The code and name of the microfinance agency;

Advertising messages:

  • The agency's advertising messages sent by the caisse, the printing of the account history and debit and credit transactions.

User Registration

In the User Registration process:
This form is used to enter the agency settings and save them in the system. The user is required to enter the client's accounting information and the loan management model. Once you have entered the settings, click the button to save them.

  1. Keyboard shortcuts
    • Alt + F: scrolls the file menu
